I am presently engaged in a study of grading cases. A colleague and I have
collected data to compare the extent of agreement (or disagreement)
between two graders of written case analysis when grading criteria are
made known.
There are a lot of studies in the field of education looking at biases of
graders, benefits of multiple grading, etc. all pertaining to essays in
the social sciences, at both school and collegiate level. However, I have
not been able to locate studies that have examined management case
analysis and their evaluation using criteria.
Please send me some useful citations if you are familiar with this
literature.
peace,
gopi
