I am thinking on the situation of unjust dismisal cases. It seems to me
that it might work to use court cases and just not present the
court's judgement. If a court case was used then the details would be
laid out pretty nicely, and the various points made. Or maybe we could
rework a court presentation to be a case? What do you think?

relative to lawyers concern about chatting on the net. most legal news
letters i have received over the years always have a disclaimer at the
bottom. I feel they could attach this disclaimer in their signature
file and they would be covered. jerryf

The idea of using court cases minus the judgments makaes sense to me, but I
don't know what the implications are in terms of privacy issues. Since I
had originally posted the request, I realized that (not surprisingly) most
people were unable to read my mind (!) and know that I was considering the
overall issue of at-will employment and how it relates to unjsut dismisssal
blah blah blah. Since the at will stuff may vary from state to state, once
again, I must confess insufficient knowledge to comment on your suggestion.

I have received some VERY helpful suggestions and, once I check them out,
will post the relevant ones to the list for your general use. I thank very
much all those who have emailed, called, and faxed me info. Super response
