Quick comment. The flow of messages here sure has increased.
Occasionally I get confused as to what is a discussion of management
techniques, and management education, but anyway...
I'm interested in hearing from people involved in teaching
supervisors and managers the basic (or advanced techniques) of the
various performance management/appraisal techniques around.
I'd be interested in hearing about any innovative strategies you use
and the kinds of principles, models and pitfalls taught .
A public response would be great. For those interested in the topic
area, you may also want to join our performance management and
appraisal list (with about 700 members) and bring the conversation
over there.
