Doug, and all,
Continuous Improvmeent focuses less on the individual error, than on
what you make of it and its cousins. So you (and we) should glory in
the people who read closely enough to find the errors! then monitor how
quickily you can detect and correct them! I once gave points to those
student who found text errors, but here weren't enough to keep the game
going.
Do you discuss visual communication - via graphs, etc.?
