Your memo is a fine example of meaningless (off topic) nonsense. If
you have a directed comment - do so to the author - but my time is
better spent than deleting messages that do not relate to the purpose
of the list. My next memo is to the webmaster to remove my name
because little that appears on this list IS topical.

Brian,
It is not clear to whom your remarks are addressed but I am a likely candidate.
Please let me apologize if I wasted your time or offended you.

If you are still participating, please consider that my remarks were
intended to be right on the topic of managememt even if I was clumsy in
saying so.

Leaders need to serve and they need to do so regardless of how "normal" the
rest of the workgroup is. If we aspire to be leaders then we need to
recognize that some people are different. Some need to be gatekeepers,
etc., and leaders need to learn to honor their needs, and find ways that
they can contribute.
