Following some of my recent posts, several have asked for copies of some materials. Our moderator invited me to post them to everyone. SO, I have posted those on my public Dropbox site at

These include copies of my designs for a 2nd year MBA elective on Level Three Leadership, similar 5 day design for executives (which I've been teaching since about 1985 at the rate of 2-6 a year here at Darden);, a very large slide deck on Level Three Leadership including modules on Strategic Thinking, Why People Behave The Way They Do, Building Teams, Organizational Design and Managing Change. There are also a couple of teaching notes, notably for the John Wolford case (a classic for me) (UVA-OB-167 available at Darden Business Publishing) and the Life's Story Exercise. There is also a copy of an article on "Making Executive Education Sticky," published by Emerald, on how to help students "remember" after courses are over.
