Colleagues:
I write today to introduce you to Employment Relations Today (ERT), a quarterly journal published by Wiley. If you are unfamiliar with this journal, please click the link to take a closer look. ERT has been published for many years, enjoys a robust audience, and is carried in most Academic libraries. I have taken on the Editor-in-Chief role and am helping Wiley to shift this publication to a "blind" peer review process for New Ideas, Features, and Research Applications.
For more information about the journal, visit the ERT site and to submit a manuscript please visit the Scholar One Manuscript Central website. To review a sample of manuscripts from past issues of ERT, see the following (these articles will be accessible for download for the next 30 days):
· Kevin Bauman - Summer 2017: A Twenty-First-Century Social Contract between Employers and Job Candidates. (pages 13-19)
· Teresa A. Daniel and Gary Metcalf - Spring 2017: How Some Companies Unwittingly Make Bullying a Rational Choice. (pages 15-24)
For any questions or inquiries, please do not hesitate to be in touch.
