We have been using HTML now for a year with with few people complaining.
It allows you to express yourself fully and adds good formatting which
leads to reader interest. However, some users do not understand that
html does not allow execution. For those people, we use a automated text
version formatted by Netscape.
Netscape also has an html composer which can be used as a email writer
without leaving netscape.
Hint on using pdf files. Include a copy of acrobat reader or tell reader
how to get it. free at
