Please don't send JPEG picture files or other kinds of attachments to
mg-ed-dv. In the case of the recent "creative picture" sent by Anwar
Outlook 98 users were able to receive it very clearly and easily. However,
individuals with other browsers often did not fare well and I can imagine
the havoc it caused digest recipients.
The solution is put the attachment on the web and send the url or to offer
to send it privately to those who personally request of you.
