I have just attended for the first time a conference sponsored by the
Association for the Management of Organization Design (AMOD):

Of all the conferences I have attended over the years, this one has to be
one of the best not only in terms of the speakers and the content, but also
in the way it was put together. In the event that some of the members of
this List-Serv are not aware of the organization, I would like to recommend
exploring what they do. If in fact organization design is or can be a
strategic competency by which management differentiates itself, then
Association members might consider adding organization design expertise to
their knowledge base. They can be reached at
