    Dear Colleagues,

    We received over 130 abstracts for the Global Conference on Services Management (GLOSERV 2017), which will be held during October 3-7, 2017 at SIAF, International School of Advanced Education campus in Volterra, Italy. We also received many requests to extend the deadline for the GLOSERV conference. We are pleased to let you know that the deadline for submissions are extended until June 30, 2017 and decisions will be sent on a rolling basis. Please submit your abstract on or before June 30, 2017 11:59pm EST.

    Conference dates: October 3-7, 2017, Volterra, Italy
    Types of Submissions: Research Paper, Symposium, Roundtable Discussion, Panel, Poster Presentations
    Early Bird Registration Fee: $275 (For Students, $195) 
    Venue Hotel: Single Room 99 Euro/night 89 Euro for Double Room

    Selected papers from GLOSERV conference will be invited to be submitted to special issues or regular issues of leading journals including Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology (ESCI Indexed Journal), International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (SSCI Indexed Journal), International Interdisciplinary Business-Economics Advancement Journal, and Service Industries Journal (SSCI Indexed Journal).

    GLOSERV Conferences are organized by Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI) & Institute for Research on Innovation and Services for Development, Italy and sponsored by University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, USA; University of Delaware, USA, and University of Memphis.
