Michael,
The standards are available on the Web. I'm afraid I'm having all sorts of trouble with my system at the moment so can't give you the URL but a search for AIPM
(Australian Institute of Project Management) should get you the information you're after.
Be aware, though, when using these standards. These are what the US calls 'voluntary skills standards' and as such are written as competencies (skills and
knowledge) recognised as applied by best practice project managers. Now, the way they were written is currently under some revision as the wording isn't that
flash and the skills and knowledge need to be far better contextualised for use in any workplace. They are quite generic the way they are and we (as have most
organisations) have contextualised them and rewritten them so that they are much easier to use. We've also developed a skills audit tool that allows for
self-assessment as part of an individual and/or organisational development program.
If you need any more help please give me a yell.
