I have been invited to speak at two conferences this year on expatriate
management development. In both cases the subject of the session is:
"Expatriate Management Development: Lessons Learned from the U.S. Department
of State." (Yes, I work for the Department of State and yes, I work in
leadership development.)
My question: if you were attending one of these sessions, what would you
like to see addressed? What questions would you hope to have answered? What
would make the session worthwhile for you?
One of the two conferences will probably be attended by both academics and
training professionals. The other conference is primarily academic.
Thanks in advance for sharing your ideas with me. I hope to see you at one
of the conferences!
