Seventh Annual Symposium on Individual, Team, and Organizational
Effectiveness May 26-28, 1999 ** University of North Texas ** Denton,
    Texas

The Center for the Study of Work Teams is pleased to announce that our
Seventh Annual Symposium on Individual, Team, and Organizational
Effectiveness will be held May 26-28, 1999 at the University of North
Texas. As a result of our continuing effort to address issues facing
today's organizations, we have redesigned the symposium and believe
this year's event will offer participants useful and challenging
information, research, and applications. In addition, this year's
program presentation breaks away from the norm and will provide
participants an interesting and engaging interactive experience. We
hope that you will join us for the beginning of what we believe will
    become a unique learning experience.

    About the Conference
This conference provides in-depth presentations by the world's leading
thinkers on individual, team, and organizational effectiveness to help
you answer the "hows" and "whys" that underlie organizational
effectiveness. Cutting-edge ideas will be shared in sessions that
include commentary and guidelines for application by leading business
    practitioners (Discussants).

Discussants are a unique and popular feature of this symposium is the
