(Apologies for cross-posting.)
Hi:
A few years ago we created the Group Project Survival Guide, a free online resource designed to help student project teams have more successful learning experiences. It's a set of 21 three-to-five minute "Talking PowerPoint" videos with animations and professional voiceovers in three main categories:
· Effective Teamwork Practices
· Managing Conflict
· Dealing with Problematic Behaviors (e.g., free-riders, dictators, procrastinators, etc.)
Here's the link to the main page:

It's been publicly available for several years and we know from web statistics that faculty are using it in their project-based courses.
We are in the process of updating the videos to HTML5 and are seeking input from anyone who has used or tried to use the Survival Guide in their courses. What is useful? What isn't? What would you like to see changed or added?
If you have input, please contact me off-list.
Thanks!
