I am responsible for a culture change/integration process at a health system
involving 6000 employees. We have written a new mission/vision, established
values and have been rolling it out in the system over the past year. Things
are going better than expected probably because we spent a lot of time
studying failed mergers.
My request: We are presenting the issue of integrity to Upper Management
(VP's and Dept Heads). I need an exercise to bring it alive. I vaguely
remember in Graduate School playing a game where you could get a head by
cheating but it raised the whole issue. Anyone remember it or any
suggestions? Theoretically, I will introduce the group to the "ladder of
Inference" and integrity in communication (i.e.., Chris Argyris, et. al.).
To keep from clogging up this list I can be reached at the email address
below for further information or any suggestions. Thanks.
