I know well the Igor Ansoff's concept about the life cycle curve of a
Demand, Technological Demand and finally the life cycle of the product.

But yesterday I listened briefly some minutes a Mexican expositor of Human
Development talking about the "Life cycle curve of a Human resource".

Dear list servers I really appreciated if you have more information about
this concept (articles, links )
