    Colleagues:
I just presented a paper at the American Society for Quality annual
international meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona. The paper is titled Using
Quality Function Deployment to Build a Curriculum that Meets the Needs of
Your Customers. BTW, the paper was accepted by Quality Progress for
publication later this year. Anyhow, I have approximately 30 diskettes that
have the prepublication explaining the procedure and a template of a
programmed Excel spreadsheet that will permit you to enter your own
competencies, name of the courses, etc. and it will do the calculations to
help you analyze or build a curriculum.

If you would like to have a diskette, please post your name, email address,
and educational institution. If you are in the first 30 to ask, I will
require a self-addressed postage paid diskette mailer.

    Most sincerely yours,
    Bob Cornesky
