The Workshop will explore how emotions affect organizational
life including management, leadership and overall
effectiveness.
The target audience is Managers, Organizational Consultants,
HR staff, Educational Administrators and Mental Health
Practitioners.
The Workshop uses a combination of presentation, case
examples from the private and public sectors, and group
discussion to highlight the organizational significance of
emotional experience.
Six CEU credits are available for health professionals and
educators. The Workshop fee (including lunch) is $175, $120
for AKRI, ISPSO members and $60 for full time students.
