    Christine Eckerle writes: << The person who teaches our Human Resource class
    needs help and I told her I would ask all of you. She wants to know what is
    the best source -company or group - that has the best, most effective, tapes
    covering the topics of: Screening and Interviewing job applicants; What the
    Federal Government says you can't ask; How to determine key job elements;
    How to check references >>

    In our training programs for managers, I like and use the American Media
    Incorporated (AMI) videotape "More Than A Gut Feeling." This tape does a
    great job of explaining and demonstrating behavior-based interviewing
    techniques. It exists in three or four versions. The scripts for all of them
    are almost identical; only the workplace settings change. I use the
    white-collar "office worker" version. You should have no trouble finding a
    website for AMI on the web.

    I'm afraid I don't know of videotapes for the other topics you mention.
