In our training programs for managers, I like and use the American Media
Incorporated (AMI) videotape "More Than A Gut Feeling." This tape does a
great job of explaining and demonstrating behavior-based interviewing
techniques. It exists in three or four versions. The scripts for all of them
are almost identical; only the workplace settings change. I use the
white-collar "office worker" version. You should have no trouble finding a
website for AMI on the web.
I'm afraid I don't know of videotapes for the other topics you mention.
