Action Learners are invited to join an online discussion, which will take
place at the Action Learning International �Meeting Place� from 17th May-
4th June 1999. �Action Learning Projects Selection Criteria� is hosted by
Elyssebeth Leigh, IMC Fellow in Organizational Learning.

Action Learning Projects Selection Criteria
Abstract
This paper introduces five sets of criteria for use in influencing the
selection of action learning projects for individuals or teams. Each one is
accompanied by a brief description of its characteristics and reference to
its origins. Some potential problems related to outcomes of the selection
process are also noted.
