Rhonda,

Please take a look at www.newmille.com. We (New Millennium Learning, LLC)
are developing and selling a complete on-line supervisory curriculum (about
1/2 the curriculum is available now). Even if you decide to build your own
materials, the newmille.com will give you some ideas about what to cover; we
spend a great deal of time research ing the field to design a complete
curriculum.

A terrific published resource is "Leadership in Organizations, 4th ed.", by
Dr. Gary Yukl, (published by Prentice Hall), especially chapters 4 and 5
which lay out a set of managerial/supervisory skills supported by research.
