    Can anyone point me to some literature (either scholarly or
    practitioner-oriented) or other resources for information about stated
    corporate values? Specifically, I'm looking for information about the
    frequency with which corporations use formal values statements and the
    "typical" content of those statements. Information relevant to financial
    services corporations would be especially helpful.
