For those of you who are involved in research or teaching related to
communication in organizations you may want to join the Communication
    At Work Discussion list.

Small, low volume, its focus is the discussion of all aspects of
    workplace communication (manager-employee, interpersonal, corporate,
strategic, etc), hopefully from a practical perspective.

If you are working with managers, feel free to direct them to the
    resource.

To subscribe send an email to:

    See you there!

Now that the performance management discussion list is running and
running well (subscribe to: perfmgt-subscribe@egroups.com), we've
turned our attention to the Communication At Work list.

The Communication At work list is a general forum to discuss any and
all issues connected to communication in organizations --
    interpersonal, corporate, with customers...manager-employee..etc it's
    a wide topic area.

The list has become somewhat active, and as a result is now moderated
to keep discussions on topic and focused. I'm particularly hopeful
that we will get a number of people actively involved in the teaching
and development of communication skills in the workplace!

So, feel free to direct yourself (or any of your learners) to the
lists. Some of the best discussions come from the questions and input
of people newer to the field.
