Hello everyone,
As a long-time lurker, I am finally breaking out!
I am an account manager for a small healthcare company that contracts to
large businesses. As with any company that provides professional staff on
an ongoing basis with companies, we have a mix of "professional management"
arrangements versus "Staffing" arrangements with our clients. I am curious
if anyone is aware of any research performed comparing the organizational
differences between "Staffing" companies Vs. "Professional Management"
companies. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank You.
