Can anyone point me to some useful references on understanding how senior
management teams function? We would appreciate literature leads to both
scholarly and practitioner source material. Particularly interesting:
process models, models of important team roles, senior team staffing and
configuration, and literature on team structure/task fit. Anything that
deals specifically with Executive teams is preferred, but stuff not based
specifically on executives but that you believe is applicable would also be
helpful.
