    I'm looking into getting my PhD in the area of Management Development. My
    on-line searches do not seem to yield much info above the Master's programs
    on university websites--I seem to have more luck with Org.Dev., Org.
    Behavior, etc.

    Anyone have any suggestions? Preferably in the USA, though I'm fairly
    mobile.
