Call for Papers - Strategic Thinking and
Human Resource Management
Projections call for organizations of the future to
be organized around intellectual or knowledge
resources. Management's primary responsibilities
will be to realign business strategies continually
with organizational capabilities and core
competencies.
What are the new strategies and human resource
initiatives that can help create sustainable competitive
advantage for the organizations of the future? What
forms of organizational design can support these
initiatives? What success factors are critical for
effectively managing human resources and leading
the new organizations in global and emerging markets?
What challenges face human resource managers
and organizational leaders of learning organizations?
We seek original articles that are grounded in accepted
theory and that balance theory and research with
practical applications. MDF is a peer-reviewed journal.
MDF also accepts, at any time, the submission of
articles that support human resource professionals
seeking to enhance management training, education,
and development within their organizations.
