Hi colleagues,

I am seeking advice on email survey software. I am looking for software that
is commercially available at a reasonable cost. It needs to be able to
launch from email, and have an option to ask different questions based on
previous responses. It needs also to download even if only through excel to
SPSS. Any recommendations?

I use two different products E-listen & Corporate Pulse. While both are
robust each has features that the other doesn't thus the reason for two. I'd
also argue, that our service bureau is an excellent choice for survey
services--which doesn't require the purchase of software, training or
someone to administer the system. More information is available at
