  • 1.  ASSESSMENT OF FEEDBACK SKILLS

I am looking for a self-assessment tool that will give you an idea of how
well you use feedback in an organisation. I have things such as conflict
management skills but the organisation I am working with want to improve
the extent, quality and frequency of information flow. Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Francesco

You may find that the Repertory Grid interview (which can be used as a
self-assessment tool) would be ideal for the purpose.

There is a great deal of information about this technique at web site
<http://www.EnquireWithin.co.nz> including a downloadable copy of the first
seven chapters of Stewart and Stewart `Business Applications of Repertory
    Grid'.

Should you wish to persue this in greater depth you would be welcome to
    Email me direct.
