    Team

Greeting from Wales. This is my first posting and apologise for the
    cross posting.

I am doing some OD & team work analysis and would appreciate some input.

I am currently working with a Telecommunications Co. who have an =
established, well respected, European Training & Development dept. They
are seeking to transform from a T&D into a Learning Organisation and =
rebrand both culturally and services accordingly . Also need to convince
the non-T&D managers who are uncomfortable with the ideas/words of LO vs
T&D vital to command recovery services budgetary support.

    Question:

1)Any suggestion on models/Companies to learn/best in class?
2)Suggestion about how to change the established T&D and company
staff/manager's culture and understanding to a LO
3)Examples of any budget cost recovery best practices/experiences you
    may have to share.

I am not sure this is the best place to post this query however the =
team/process elements are vital I would say.

    Thankyou

Given your location, I would talk to the folks at Rover. They are known for
    their learning organization approach!
