Dear Colleagues,
Along with our wishes for a nice Christmas and a wonderful 2010 we would like to remind you of the upcoming abstract submission deadline for the ELSIN 2010 conference.
It is our pleasure to once again invite submissions to the ELSIN 2010 Annual Conference which will take place at the <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Aveiro</st1:placename>, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Portugal</st1:country-region></st1:place>. The ELSIN 2010 conference will provide an interesting and diverse programme to include poster sessions, round tables, paper presentations and symposia complemented by various social activities.
We are especially honoured to have three well known and greatly respected keynote speakers: Professor António Cachapuz from the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Aveiro</st1:placename></st1:place>, Professor Adrian Furnham, University College London, Professor John Richardson, The Open University.
ELSIN particularly welcomes submissions that focus on key issues including:
- Understanding the implications of style for teaching and learning
- Student learning styles and teaching strategies
- Putting style research into practice in the classroom
- Flexibility of style
- Developing methodologies for researching style in human performance
- Style test development and psychometrics
- Networking knowledge production and dissemination in style research
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 15 February 2010. Further information is available in the attached flyer and on the on the conference website http://www.elsin2010.com/ . Please use the abstract template form for all submissions.
