In an effort to increase the visibility of the Journal of Management,

Please check it out at your earliest convenience and add it to your
list of favorites. The website has many great features, but the most
exciting is the search facility. We have loaded the title, author, and
abstracts of the last ten years of the Journal of Management into a
database that can be searched on topic or author. Next time you are
writing a paper, try the search facility and add some
Journal of Management citations to your work.
