My co-author and I are currently in the process of compiling a second
edition of our now outdated text, "Understanding Diversity: Readings, Cases
and Exercises" for Prentice-Hall. It is our intention to totally revamp the
book. We plan to include some articles that would be considered "classics"
for diversity courses. To better meet the needs of instructors in this
subject area, it would be helpful to obtain copies of current syllabi. If
