My name is Teresa Passos, I am Portuguese although I am doing my Phd in
Organizational Psichology at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Spain,
with Prof. Dámaso Rodríguez.
In my thesis I am planning to investigate the process os merger of two
Portuguese private Banks in what concerns their ties of communication an
other features related to social networks. Finnaly, I woul like to relate
the found social configurations with the organizational climate of the
companies.
In what concerns organizational climate, I already have instruments of
evaluation.
My main difficulty is with social network analysis: the found bibliography
is proliferous about theory and methodology, but "silent" about
questionnaires/tests to evaluate the existing networks.
I ask your help to know how can I find this kind of material for social
networks evaluation.
