An international study on IT, government and public sector reform has
recently been completed and published as:

'Reinventing Government in the Information Age:
International Practice in IT-Enabled Public Sector Reform'
    (Routledge 0-415-19037-1).

The study focuses on identifying and differentiating successful and
unsuccessful management approaches to use of IT for government and
public sector reform. This is complemented by a dozen case studies
from the US, UK, mainland Europe and beyond, dealing with a wide range
of reform initiatives. The book provides an educators' guide to using
the cases for individual and class training.
