    Apologies for cross postings.

I'm a little late posting this due to holidays, but hope list users may
consider joining this friendly free access debate. It is already underway
    but the more the merrier.

    : Introduction
    :
: Dear participant of the E-Conference,
    :
: For over 20 years LIM Ltd and the MiL Institute of Sweden have been using
Action Reflection Learning and continually developing new sides to it.
Based on some of the original action learning principles, we have discovered
that the ARL approach can be applied for the development of individuals as
well as groups. This opens a new scope and dimension. I want to present here
those key elements to be maintained and how they are used in an individual
learning approach, through one-on-one coaching. We are not aware of this
application outside of our practice, so i'm specially interested if any of
you are familiar with, or have been using some of these key elements--or
    others--on a one-on-one basis , to achieve similar action-learning results.
So this becomes a chance to learn from each other and to exchange.

    : Welcome aboard!
