IEEE Learning Technology Task Force (LTTF) (http://lttf.ieee.org/) is
initiated to contribute to the field of Learning Technology and to
serve the needs of its members who are working in this field.
'Learning Technology' is conceived as the freely accessible newsletter
of LTTF to report the activities of IEEE Learning Technology Task Force
including various announcements, work in progress, projects, participation
opportunities and so on. Currently the newsletter is planned to be published
every six months. The first issue will be out next month.
