    You may wish to check out www.nextbase.com (NextBase Corporation), a
    company I am associated with. NextBase is an Internet recruitment firm
    specializing in international and high-tech placement. The site has a lot
    of useful information for managers, especially information on the
    recruitment of professional staffs for multinationals' foreign subsidiaries
    as well as the recruitment of foreign nationals in the United States.

    There is a complete, free, on-line library of management information
    available that includes topics, such as:
    Introduction to Management
    Management Development Planning
    Introduction to Leadership
    Leadership Development Planning
    Introduction to Supervision
    Supervisoral Development Planning
    Training Basics for Supervisors and Learners

    A site map, or list of all of the topics in the library, is located at
    http://www.mapnp.org/library/topics.htm
    The list is about 7 pages long, with two columns per page. I encourage
    you to take five minutes some time to glance at the list.
