    The Human Resource Management department at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Temple</st1:placetype>
    <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype></st1:place>'s Fox School of Business is recruiting for a
    tenure-track faculty member with research and teaching
    interests in HRM and Leadership. The position is available
    in August 2008. Senior assistant professors (i.e., 2-5 years
    post Ph.D.) are preferred, with an existing track record of
    publishing in top-tier, mainstream <st1:place w:st="on">OB</st1:place> and HR journals.
    Teaching responsibilities include courses at the
    undergraduate, MBA and doctoral levels. Candidates should
    possess a strong record of teaching excellence.
