Two comments, Susan.
First, you will find a plain and simple review of some basic change
management concepts on my articles web site. Point your browser to
http://home.att.net/~nickols/articles.htm and, once there, look for "Change
Management 101: A Primer."
Second, there are much better search engines than Alta Vista. However, use
it to do a web search on Copernic, Google, and Ask Jeeves. Any of these
three will generally yield more and better hits than Alta Vista (in my
experience). You might also check out Web Ferret. All these are free.
Try also a web search on Inquirius and see what you turn up.
