The IJOA publishes original theoretical and empirical articles dealing
with national and international issues in the following areas:
1. Organization theory

3. Organizational behavior
4. Human resource management
5. Business and society, ethics and values
It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, teaching notes,
and book reviews. The IJOA is published quarterly Manuscripts must be
prepared strictly according to the 1994 edition of the Publication Manual of
the American Psychological Association and will be reviewed by triple-blind
review process. Four copies of the manuscripts and requests for other details
