    Howdy Taisir,

Regarding your search for management skills information. Some respected
firms have done extensive research over the years, (I have no financial
interest in either). They are The HAY Group, McBer (I think HAY and McBer
may have merged) and Development Dimensions International. There are also
many books that deal specifically with the skills and associated behavioral
examples. Two I have reviewed recently are "Organizational Change That
Works-How to Merge Culture and Business Strategies for Maximum Results", by
Rogers, Hayden, Ferketish, and Matzen; pub. DDI Press 1997; and a new one
"Results Based Leadership", John Zenger is one of authors, it is a 1999
publication and is the first one I have seen that at least in part
accomplishes something other than a theoretical linkage between results and
    skills/attributes.
Anyway good luck on your journey.
