    Question: I am training coordinator for an organization within Northrop
    Grumman interested in developing training resources for senior management
    training. Can you please suggest internet sites, courses, seminars, and/or
    books/articles addressing this topic? I am new in this role and would
    sincerely appreciate assistance.

    Not sure what you mean by "training resources". Did senior managers come
    to you and ask for a specific type of "resource" or training? Are you
    needing to assist senior managers to raise their level of knowledge or
    skill in a particular area? Is "senior management training" already in
    existence or are you developing that?

    It would help to know what has provoked your interest in finding resources
    for these managers.

    Hi Mary - I would suggest you check out the searchable databases of links to
    web pages on Total Quality Management (TQM), Organizational Development
    (OD), and Globalization. The TQM database has 3000 links, the OD database
    also has 3000 links, while the globalization database has 4000 links. You
