    Once upon a time I had a hard copy of suggestions for writing good case
    studies. Unfortunately I can't find it now to share with a practitioner
    who wants to try his hand at it. Can anyone help, please?

    There was recently a discussion of this on another list, I think TRDEV-L. If
    you go to their website at http://train.ed.psu.edu and check the archives, I
    think you'll find some interesting stuff.
