Allan Tudehope asked for suggestions about organizational culture assessments. One that I have used which is somewhat based on the Baldrige Award is the "Quality Values in Practice." One of the distinctive features of this survey is that it can be done as a 360 feedback and/or by organizational level. What I found when I have used this survey is that you can learn at what level the disconnections occur in the organization. That survey is now available from the Booth company in Boulder, CO.
