I thought this might be interesting to share with your students and
colleagues.
We are happy to announce a companion list to the Performance
Management & Appraisal list. The new list, called Performance
Management TIPS is for people who don't have the time to be
involved in discussion but wish to learn more about making their
performance management and appraisal systems more effective.
Here's how it works. Each day you will receive NO MORE than a
single message containing a quote, tip, hint or information about
improving performance or performance management. While I will be
a contributor I hope that list members will also post their tips and
hints
and share them with others.
The list will "go active" in early October, after I am back from the
performance management conference in Dallas. I will post the
procedures at
that time.
