360 Surveys are a survey technique, which has peers, superiors,
subordinates, plus external customers and suppliers evaluate each team
members performance. Their application improved teamwork, quality and
efficiency at Domino Amjet with little cost. A primary advantage is
that the scoring is done by peers and customers - the people who know
    the work.

This presentation will emphasize practice and a successful experience.
Joe and Dave will present how they started, what mistakes they made,
what worked really well, and how to do it on _zero_ budget.
