We have a couple of sets of public sector specific reports at our
Web site. One set on public policy and management at:

Another on information systems and public sector issues at:

(The latter has educators' guides for each report)

I tried to access these sites but got a 'Forbidden' message. Is it just me
or is it the case that this is public sector information which isn't
actually in the public sector? ;-)
