Rather than have them sitting here, we've decided to make them
available to university/college teachers/profs who might be
interested in using them in their courses.

I was asked to write a book on the subject that took into account a
more systems-thinking approach; that could integrate somewhat
with TQM philosophy, and that focused on interpersonal issues. In
addition I was asked to make it readable. It's also affordable at
$14.95 U.S.
The Details:
There's no catch to this - we'll even pay the shipping, and we won't
place you on any database system, etc. However we have only a
small number of copies (between 10 and 20), and WE CAN ONLY
SHIP TO NORTH AMERICA (Canada & U.S). We ask that you
only ask for your copy if you are interested in using it in your
management education programs (I'm sure you don't need yet
another book to just sit on your bookshelf).
We need three things from you:
A fax a letter via regular post on your university or college
letterhead that includes some text we can use to cut out and use
as a mailing label (You can attach a mailing label). That will save
us time. A simple short request is fine.
I'd also like your email address (but if you prefer not to include it,
that's fine). The reason is we expect more requests than we can fill
and if you give us your email address, we can let you know when
we run out.
